How long is your typical retreat?
Our retreats usually unfold over 5-6 thoughtfully curated days, offering the ideal rhythm to slow down, release, and restore. This timeframe allows space to truly unwind, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Including arrival and departure, we invite you to allow a full week away—a sacred pause designed for renewal, clarity, and lasting nourishment.
What is the average daily schedule like?
Each day opens with a joyful, energizing morning yoga practice, gently awakening the body and spirit while embracing the elements after a deeply restful sleep. We then come together for a nourishing, beautifully prepared brunch, shared in an atmosphere of ease and lightness.The late morning and early afternoon unfold as unhurried time—an invitation to rest, wander, ground, laugh, or bask in the sun, allowing simple pleasures to restore your natural sense of happiness. As the day continues, we gather for an expansive breathwork journey or a creative mindfulness practice, creating space for clarity, expression, and inner delight.As evening approaches, the pace softens with a restorative yoga session, guiding you into deep relaxation. Evenings are shared over a nourishing, communal meal, where soulful conversation, heartfelt connection and shared joy gently anchor the experience.
How many participants join typically?
We usually welcome small groups of 8–12 participants, allowing us to create meaningful connections and offer a cozy, intimate setting for a deeper and more personal retreat experience.
Where are the retreats held?
Our retreats are held in thoughtfully selected beautiful natural settings with well appointed guest acommodaitons and retreat facilties. Whether in the Greek isles, or the Tuscan rolling hills, or the Swiss Alps, we make your experience one to remember.
What food do you serve?
We serve fresh vegetarian cuisine, mostly organic and freshly cooked and baked. The diet is varied and nutritous as well as super tasty. You will feel well fed but light and energetic. We serve a brunch after the morning yoga session and a savoury dinner after the evening session. In between light refreshments and snacks are available.
Who are your typical guests?
Our retreats are open to everone seeking a genuine time away from it all, be they beginners or advanced in yoga. We also welcome people from all walks of life and backgrounds, as well as gender and age. We seek to create a feeling of bonding and close community so that you can come alone and leave with friends.
Are additional activities on offer?
We offer a program that does not feel overloaded and overbearing and leaves time for self reflection, rest and integration. We do offer additinal workshops when possible, for instance organic cooking workshop, nature art class, astrology readings, and thai yoga massages and body work. These activities take place in the free time, are optional, offered at a moderate cost and at your own expense. We also encourage our guests to explore on their own if they want to discover the surrounding region. The programme is designed to allow time for that.
Which languages are spoken?
Our retreast are typically held in English, however we can accommodate questions or minor translations of our offerings in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Bulgarian.
Do you host single classes and short duration workshops?
Yes, we occasionally host single classes and short duration workshops. These get communicated in our whatsapp channel, on our instagram page and via the webpage. We plan to hold more in the future on a regular basis and will inform you if interested. Please fill out the contact form so we have you in our mailing list.
Who teaches your classes?
We collaborate with a variety of highly skilled and talented yoga facilitators and artists. Our current retreats are led by Antonia, certified retreat lead and laughter yoga leader. Yoga classes are held by Meggy, a certified Yoga teacher and medition and somatic coach. Gioia, a musical and massage therapist will contribute voice liberation workshops and offer Thai Yoga massages. The art and cooking classes are taught by Marcela, a certified farmer and accomplished artist.
