We have two retreats in planning, 7-14 June in Evia, Greece, and at from 12-18 September in Tuscany! We will also host mini retreats and workshops on an adhoc basis which will be announced in due course.

Why join our retreat?
Joining one of our retreats means a dedicated time away from everyday responsibilities, distractions and noise.
It offers a supportive environment where you can slow down, breathe deeply and reset—physically, mentally and emotionally.
Through gentle and energising practices such as sunrise and sunset yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, rest, nature immersion and moments of stillness, our retreat creates space for clarity, balance and inner calm and contentment.
